Semi Naked Cake

Delicate, edible flowers on a thin cream dress. The choice of color and arrangement creates magical unique pieces.

Of course, this requires weeks of preparation and I grow all the edible field and meadow flowers in my garden myself, harvest them carefully and then press them carefully so that they keep their shape and color. I am happy to supplement these with edible grasses or Mediterranean herbs. The flowers grow along the cake like in a meadow, or for a less floral look, I selectively place individual flowers and leaves directly on the cream dress of the cake, which can be in a cream tone, but also in any other pastel color.
